Shower Directions:

Take 1/2 cup of the spiritual bath and pour into a medium to large pot of 1/2 gallon of water. Boil on medium low for 30 minutes.
Once cooled, strain, add 1 quart of water, and pour into a large bowl.
After shower is complete, speak your intentions and mantras into the spiritual bath. Pour spiritual bath all over the body starting at the neck or the crown of the head, then pat the body dry.
A spiritual bath before bed once a week is recommended.

Tub Soak Directions

Take 1/2 cup of the spiritual bath, put in mesh bag/nut milk bag and place into a medium to large pot of 1/2 gallon of water. Boil on medium low for 30 minutes
Once cooled, remove mesh bag, add 1 quart of water, and pour into a large bowl.
Speak your intentions and mantras into the spiritual bath. Pour spiritual bath into a tub of warm water with and place the mesh bag into the tub. Soak in tub for a minimum of 20 minutes. The mesh bag can be used to sponge the body.
A spiritual bath before bed once a week is recommended.
