The Spiritual Aura Bath is a combination of dried herbs, salt, and essential oils combined to cleanse the spiritual auric body. A bath once a week is very beneficial to the mind, body, emotions, and spirit. The bath ingredients are;
Hyssop - Hyssopus officinalis, commonly known as hyssop, is a woody perennial herb from the Labiatae family native to southern Europe and parts of Asia. It is an aromatic shrub with blue-green leaves and small purplish flowers that has been used for centuries in culinary, medicinal, and spiritual practices. Hyssop is a powerful herb that supports the Third Eye Chakra. The third eye chakra, or Ajna Chakra, is located between the eyes and is responsible for intuition and insight. Since ancient times, hyssop has been known for its purifying qualities which makes it excellent for cleansing the mind.
Angelica Root - The scientific name for angelica is Angelica sinensis. It’s a popular herb in Traditional Chinese Medicine that has been used for thousands of years. Angelica root is known for its ability to enhance spiritual connection and communication. It is believed to have a protective and purifying energy that can help to ward off negative energies and enhance intuition. When used in baths, Angelica root strengthens the aura, purifies and clears the aura of low vibrating entities that may attach themselves to you. Peppermint - Peppermint, scientifically known as mentha x piperita. This herbaceous perennial is renowned for its dark green leaves, reddish stems, and vibrant purple flowers and belongs to the Mentha genus is a hybrid mint that combines the best traits of its parent plants, watermint (Mentha aquatic) and spearmint (Mentha spicata). Known for its ability to cleanse the aura and environment, peppermint serves as a spiritual disinfectant, removing negative energies and promoting purity. Sage - Salvia officinalis is a perennial herb that is native to the Mediterranean. Shower Directions:
- Take 1/2 cup of the spiritual bath and pour into a medium to large pot of 1/2 gallon of water. Boil on medium low for 30 minutes.
- Once cooled, strain, add 1 quart of water, and pour into a large bowl.
- After shower is complete, speak your intentions and mantras into the spiritual bath. Pour spiritual bath all over the body starting at the neck or the crown of the head, then pat the body dry.
- A spiritual bath before bed once a week is recommended.
Tub Soak Directions
- Take 1/2 cup of the spiritual bath, put in mesh bag/nut milk bag and place into a medium to large pot of 1/2 gallon of water. Boil on medium low for 30 minutes
- Once cooled, remove mesh bag, add 1 quart of water, and pour into a large bowl.
- Speak your intentions and mantras into the spiritual bath. Pour spiritual bath into a tub of warm water with and place the mesh bag into the tub. Soak in tub for a minimum of 20 minutes. The mesh bag can be used to sponge the body.
- A spiritual bath before bed once a week is recommended.
